At Savloir we have so far helped many non-resident clients through the whole legal process of buying and selling property on the Costa Blanca.
Thanks to our international team we have succeeded in approaching the English–, German– and French–speaking public to advise them in this process to the best of our knowledge.
Nonetheless, a desire to keep growing, combined with our aim to offer the best possible service to more clients, prompted our decision to expand our business to the Polish market.
To this end, we are pleased to welcome a new member to our Savloir team. Meet Amelia Tyskiewicz, originally from Poland, who has seven years of experience in the field of Real Estate. After obtaining a Higher Professional Training in Administration and Finance in 2020 from the IES María Ibars in Denia (Alicante), she has worked in different areas in this field such as: Administration, Customer Service, Accounting and Tax Law.
Her professionalism is a hallmark of Amelia’s career. One of her most relevant traits inside and outside our law firm is her remarkable ability to empathise with the client. Due to her high level of motivation, she pursues the optimum level of understanding with our non-resident clients, while finding the most suitable formula to facilitate the legal and tax work involved in the purchase and sale of property in Spain. A great professional who faithfully represents our essence: walking down this path hand in hand with you, in the best possible way.
Currently, Amelia Tyskiewicz is adding new energy to the Savloir team by working as a Legal Assistant in the practical areas of Tax Law, Real Estate Law and Client Advice.
Thus, henceforth, we also offer the possibility to contact with us in Polish; we will take care of everything. This is our way of providing a helping hand to people who, as yourself, want to buy or sell their property on the Costa Blanca.
